Great news for Christian fans. The Canadian wrestler would have signed a contract as a part-time wrestler with WWE to have several appearances a year in the company, including possible matches, as confirmed exclusively by journalist Mike Johnson from PWInisder.com

Christian has signed the new contract with WWE this week to confirm his return to the company as a part-time wrestler. At the moment, no future appearances for the Canadian have been confirmed, but rumors suggest that he could have a role at WrestleMania.

Christian returned to the ring in the last edition of Royal Rumble for the first time since 2014. The ‘Captain Charisma’ had an appearance on a Monday Night Raw program on June 15 of this year in which he fought without sanctions against Randy Orton, a fight that only lasted one minute.

He Was Discharged To Complete A Week Before

The truth is that this news has been forged in the last week: PWInsider has advanced that WWE doctors had discharged him so he could fight a week before the PPV at the company’s medical headquarters in Pittsburgh. For the past week, he has been training to be ready to return.

Christian did not notify anyone at the company, except managers, of his return to the ring at the Rumble. WWE was interested in being able to count on the former champion for future important events and now with the registration, he will be able to compete according to the agreement stipulated with the company.
