- Chris Amann communicated on his social networks that he has received the first dose of the vaccine against COVID-19
- This could indicate that WWE has started the vaccination of its medical team
WWE Ringside Senior Physician Dr. Chris Amann has received the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. Amann revealed on his social media that he received the Moderna vaccine on Friday night.
Amann wrote on Twitter,
“I just received my first dose of the @moderna COVID-19 vaccine tonight. I am very grateful and thank all the healthcare workers, researchers, and organizations who work tirelessly to bring this pandemic under control.“
Just received my first dose of the @moderna_tx COVID-19 vaccine this evening. So appreciative of and thankful for all of the health care workers, researchers, and organizations that made this possible to bring this pandemic under control. Didn’t feel a thing! pic.twitter.com/E0DRyFBO4x

Also, and as WrestlingINC has commented, it is very likely that all WWE doctors are also receiving the first dose of the vaccine during these days.
The Modern COVID-19 vaccine involves two injections that are received one month (28 days) apart, according to the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention). The CDC notes that in clinical trials, the Moderna vaccine was 94.1% effective in preventing disease in people who received two doses, who had no evidence of being previously infected.
It should be remembered that the member of the WWE Hall of Fame, Mick Foley, announced that he tested positive for COVID and that he was in quarantine in a hotel room for more than two weeks.
