But the most surprising casting news is that the addition of Macaulay Culkin, whom Murphy told E! News will embody a”very, very great mad part” in the new season. “I advised [Macaulay] the character and I told him he has mad, sensual sex with Kathy Bates and does anything else. And he paused and he goes, ‘This sounds like the role I was born to play,”’ Murphy added.
Bates’ character will now be played by Conroy, needless to say, but enthusiasts will need to tune in to see what that whole storyline is all about.
