About the Quarantine and Isolation UAE Cricket board states that there are no fourteen days quarantine or isolation of any players. Players get Tested before living the base and after reaching the UAE, If the results get negative you can play the tournament.
New Zealand got NOC from there Cricket Board
New Zealand Cricket Board approved the NOC (No Objection Certificate) to play the IPL-13 for there players. So will see the Kane Williamson and team in this season as well. There are six players from New Zealand. Name as follow Kane Williamson(SRH), Trent Boult(MI), Jimmy Neesham(KXlP), Mitchell McClenaghan(MI), and Lockie Ferguson(KKR).
But NCB also said that any health issue happens to any player is their own responsibility. And six of New Zealand players signed the contract.
Australia vs England small series
About Australia and England, Australia is coming to England for the small series between both teams and the series will end on 16 September so it possible that they left England on 17th September. So they reach UAE before 19th September. The English Cricket board also stated that English players left with the private plan due to CORONA. And CPL finals will be played on 12th September so after fishing the CPL all the CPL players also reach the UAE before the date. After New Zealand (NZC) Cricket Australia also consider giving NOC to there players.
After IPL-13 dates alteration from 19 September to 8 November and all the overseas and Indian players are participating in the tournament. We all are excited to see this new version of IPL.
