WWE Superstar AJ Styles was recently interviewed by Sports Illustrated. During the interview, The Phenomenal One commented that he wants to be able to finish his career in the ring without having to undergo surgery for major surgery.
I plan to finish my career without having to undergo surgery for a major injury, explained Styles. That is what I would like. Anything else that needs to be done in terms of entertainment is not up to me. I am happy to have this job and do what I do for a living.
One thing that could allow AJ Styles to continue to the end of his career without major surgery is the addition of the gigantic bodyguard Olmos.
Styles commented that he is enjoying his time with him and hopes to pass on as much knowledge as he can in the same way that Kurt Angle did with him over a decade ago.
I love working with Omos and can’t wait to see what the future holds for him, he said. All he wants is to learn. It is a sponge and there is no limit to what it can achieve. I want to help him get as far as he can as Kurt Angle helped me.
Think of a guy like Kurt Angle. People forget that Kurt was in TNA longer than in WWE. He was one of the best and learned from guys like Undertaker or Shawn Michaels. I hope I can be a similar figure for him.
