‘A Little Late with Lilly Singh’ is an American late-night talk show hosted by Canadian YouTuber and Comedian Lilly Singh. The show premiered on NBC on September 16, 2019. It was a replacement for the ‘Last Call with Carson Daily’ in its 1:35 am ET/PT time slot.

In Lilly’s home country Canada, the show is acquired by Global. A Little Late airs as a lead-out for ‘The Late Show with Stephen Colbert’. The first season has a total of 97 episodes.

The series is produced by Lilly and her business partner Polly Auritt, along with John Irvin and others. Moreover, Aliyah Silverstein was named the showrunner.


The show comprises Lilly Singh (host) and numerous other celebrity guests in each episode.


‘A Little Late with Lilly Singh’ features a mix of in-studio interviews and pre-taped segments like comedy sketches. Initially, it was formatted as a studio-based talk show. Later, the program was retooled to consist of interviews and performance segments filmed on-location.

Expected Release Date

On May 13, 2020, NBC renewed this show for a second season. On December 1, 2020, it was made public that season 2 will premiere on January 11, 2021. This series will be filmed at a house in Los Angeles instead of a traditional studio setting.

With a diversified writing staff and a new showrunner, we are all set for the show to air on January 11, 2021.
