How do i dial up for a connection and connect to the internet?


in my applicationi i have to get the username and the password for the dial up connection
and i should be able to dail the given number and using the username and password i should be able to
connect to the internet. can i get the code if possible. and what is required for that.

Pls can anyone give me a solution for this.ASAP

You have two choices basically. Either configure your system for on-demand dialling (works for both Unix and Windows and does not involve any program code) or use a Java RAS API.
