Hi,
I want to call a c/c++ instance from java. If the c/C++ application is not running I need to run it and if it is perviously running I need to use the same running instance. Is there a way to do this. I also need to do the same the other way, calling java instance from c/c++.
Is there any tutorial available showing this.
Any help is appreciated.

You're not just talking about calling code through JNI, you're talking about somehow communicating with a separate running process? by what procotol?
