If I don't have useful values for the arguments username and password,
so I get the exception in thread "main" javax.mail.AuthenticationFailedException
at javax.mail.Service.connect(Service.java. ...)
... for the line number.
How can I get the username and password therefore the example works correctly ?

What username and password do you use to check your email? Use that one.
