Hi, Id like to know if there is a way to have my JSPs
compiled (all) when TomCat4 starts. Compiling by demand
has been very frustrating to develop team and client tests.

TIA,

You can set it on directive in your web.xml file for jsp pages.
Put an integer value to indicate the priority:
for example:

1

if you want all the jsp to be loaded first when the server started.
