Using pop3, i am able to read only new messages in Inbox folder, i want to read even the SEEN messages. How can I?

I am developing a email client using javamail and pop3 mailserver.I am receiving only new messages,I am not able to read seen messages.

POP3 has no concept of folders. You are confusing POP with local mbox storage.
