I am familiar with the Java Collation service, it uses resource bundles to set a sort order. However the Sun JRE only ships with a single 'default' implementation of a sort order. This sort order is not always appropriate.

Does anybody know of any where were I could down load different sort orders for languages? For example, both the modern and traditional sorts for Spanish and pronunciation sort for simplified Chinese.
