How can I find some article about Lucene indexing algorithm?


and What are the files like :

_u.f1 , _u.f2 , _u.f3 , _u.fdt , _u.fdx , _u.fnm , _u.frq , _u.prx , _u.tii , _u.tis , deletable , segments

and what information and fields are in them?
