How to read HTML message using IMAP, JavaMail against Exchange server.

I'm trying to read a message that has HTML body. When I look at the headers it says Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" and Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable. But when I look at the content it is not having any HTML tags. But when I open the same message using Outlook it shows the entire body with all the HTML tags. Is there something that I need to set while reading in the message? Any help is really appreciated.

It sounds like the tags are encoded (quoted printable)?
