I find some information about the JBoss server on Linux system (http://www.jboss.org/online-manual/HTML/ch09s02.html). The document says that JBoss runs twice faster on Win2000 than Linux, because Linux does not provide real multi-threading. Can't Linux provide real multi-threading? I think it's pretty important issue for JBoss and Linux, because they are both open source system, although Windows are not (for ever) open source. So the Jboss matches Linux. Anyone has the same consideration or any advice?
