I've read that its not possible to add an AWT menu to an applet (to be viewed in a browser i.e.Internet Explorer 5.x and above).

Can you please confirm this?

If not, will it help if I use Swing Menu class?

Please reply ASAP.

If you want to add Menu or other components like grids, tree,s tab panes etc, you can procure the components from a outside suppliers. Contact me if you need more info.
