when I use jbuilder create a new project,then I create a class file with a package named "test".why jbuilder display two files in project pane,one is in the package,another outside the package.
but when I copy a java file to the package directory,it only display in the package.

The 'two files' that you're refering to are actually the same file. Your actual file resides in the package. However, since the test.java contains the main method, this file is also seen out of the package as well.

This is nothing important or there's nothing wrong with your JB at all.
