Hi All Java 1.4 plug-in I would like to know the difference between "Browser" and "Plugin" settings for the "cache_option" parameter. The following is from Sun Documentation. > Browser >Run applets from the browser cache (default). > Plugin >Run applets from the new Java Plug-in cache. I could see both options caching into /.jpi_cache folder by default (or as specified in control panel - plugin settings). If anyone is having some idea about this, please update me. Java 1.4 plug-in

I would like to know the difference between "Browser" and "Plugin"

settings for the "cache_option" parameter.



The following is from Sun Documentation.

> Browser

>Run applets from the browser cache (default).

> Plugin

>Run applets from the new Java Plug-in cache.



I could see both options caching into /.jpi_cache folder

by default (or as specified in control panel - plugin settings).



If anyone is having some idea about this, please update me.
