ANT Parser Error

I have jaxp.jar and crimson.jar in classpath.
I am using weblogic 5.1.
Every thing is working fine but before starting the process, my ant utility gives the below error...
Can any body guide me why I am getting this error.

Could you try 'ant -debug'? Also, give Ant 1.5Beta1 a try - its now released and has many bug fixes that may solve this. It ships with Xerces rather than crimson.
