I know that in Tomcat 4 + IIS, you must define following tags in server.xml file
I think if you change port 8005 by another and configure it, maybe IIS can hear Tomcat 4 in other port while Tomcat 3 runs on port 8005
The problem I see is in properties files, where define Tomcat home property, if you solve this problem, maybe you can do it.
I suggest that only use Tomcat 4
