Are there any collections of customized IDEA "Keymaps" or "Live Templates" avilable on the Web? For example, I'd like to find a Brief-emulation keymap...

You may check the http://www.intellij.org site for the Live Templates and keymaps. Also you may add own keymap. Just create the .xml with own mapping in /config/keymaps/ folder.
