Design and implement a java application that will be used by the agents of
an insurance firm InsureIT for recording policy information.
The insurance firm provides quatations and insurance cover for
property,motor vehicle and personal insurance.The agent is responsible for
for providing quotations,setting up the initial policy, and visiting the
policy holder prior to the renewal date each year to ensure that the correct
level of cover is provided.
Premiums can be paid monthly,quaterly or annually by cheque or direct
debit only.There is a cooling off period of five days for each new policy.
During the cooling off period the policy can be cancelled without
penalty.After this period the following penalties apply:
Property: 10% of annual premium
Motor: 5% of annual premium
Personal: 7% of annual premium

For each policy sold the agent receives a commission 0f 12% if the policy is
less than £100,and 15% if the premium is £100 or more.

The system should provide a suitable interface to perform the following
tasks:
Record details of all policy holders
Record details of all policies issued
Record details of when premiums are due for renewal
Provide details of the commission due to each agent


DESIGN(in hard copy)
The system design must include the following information
1. An over view of the system and the approach taken to produce this design
2. A use case diagram
3. Appropriate Sequence diagrams
4. A class diagram (this diagram will be the key to the implementation)
5. A brief discussion on how you intend to implement the system
6. A brief discussion on how you would amend the system to add in a new
policy type for the firm.

IMPLEMENTATION
The system must be implemented using java.You are permitted to use java
classes if appropiate the code must implement the design presented above.
