I have these 3 parameters: YEAR, WEEK_OF_YEAR, DAY_OF_WEEK. I need to get the month and day of the month. Could anybody help me, please?

Look at your other posting about comparing Dates.
There is an example using GregorianCalendar.

GregorianCalendar is also an exellent tool for manipulating all aspect of date parameters including discovering the next month,day and comparisons.
