I'd like to know to create logical queues that work like MQSeries' cluster queues, that is, they are available to all members of the cluster and they work just like a local queue (ie, no need to address a specific router, like queue@router).

Is this possible? Basically, I need to have a group of routers serving the same queue, with the contents of that queue being distributed with load balancing.

No. But you can create an JNDI alias for that queue and thus can send to it from every client without specifying the router name.
