Is orbix sensitive to domain names?

Hello there,



My company's program works in conjunction with an orbix deamon. At a certain point the deamon just stops working. No error message or anything, it just stops working.



We have discovered that the machine where orbix is installed (a Win2k Advanced Server machine) does not belong to any domain. We think that this may be a problem but we are not too sure.



Can anyone confirm if orbix is sensitive to domain names?

I think that it is, depending on you configuration. Could you please provide us with the version of your Orbix/OrbixWeb implementation?


That said, I'm not sure that this is your problem.


I should be able to diagnose further upon your response.
