accessing textfiles from an Applet on a web?

i have a problem when accessing a textfile from an Applet on the web..

i get this error:
com.ms.security.SecurityException[XXX.txt]

how can i resolve this..so everybody can access and write to this textfile?

If the file is on the client (or some place other than the server from which it came), you have to sign you code (as already explained in the FAQ) [or move the file]
