My account is on yahoo ..now when i connect to my mail server of yahoo "smtp.mail.yahoo.com" i recieve an error message..

Now my mail server required Pop Authentication Before Smpt Authentication .Plz tell me how can i connect to my pop server before Smtp server.
My pop server name is "pop.mail.yahoo.com".
