MS Windows 98 does not seem to allow partitioning of my 10G HD. Its DEFRAGMENTOR keeps leaving some data on the last cylinder. Thus partition progrmans like FIPS.EXE or Linux 7.2 Install CD is giving this error.
What should I do? Thanks.

PartitionMagic is good at shrinking disks.
