I am not sure what you mean access code from the IDE. Do you mean you can change the code in the IDE can reflect changes in the UML shapes? or you mean you need an API to access the classes for example.
For the first case, the Visual Paradigm for UML can help you right away. You can change the code in the code pane reflect changes in UML classes. For example. you can type a new attribute in code the class will show the attribe in the class icon immediately. Same as in the IDE.
