This is second posting but did not think earlier message clear. Tomcat will not find anything beyond the webapps folder! Though it clearly states in the Tomcat Dos window that DEFAULTExamples DefaultmyJSPs etc etc are found and present. All looks ok until I try and run a anything eg failed url http://localhost:8080/myjsps/myfile.JSP Indeed if I run from the Tomcat/index page (started on //localhost ) and try to use any examples then it does not find anything. Please use html tags to format code blocks. very grateful for any help Please
