Where can I find free UDDI registry server to create my own registry (probably written in java).

Is JAXR totally client side API to access UDDI and ebXML registries. Do the UDDI/ebXML server provider also have to implement some part of JAXR for clients to connect to it using JAXR.

You can try:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/soapuddi/

it's lightweight and cool but kinda buggy...

IBM also ships one with their web services tool kit (wstk 3.01)
free download @
http://www.alphaworks.ibm.com/tech/webservicestoolkit

this requires you use either::

- tomcat 4.0

- websphere 4.0

OR

- websphere micro edition (which ships free with the kit)

good luck!
