In the Members pane of the VAJ code browsers, there are icons/buttons that control what is displayed in the list. The icon that looks a red capital S toggles the list between displaying all members and only static members. Try clicking it to toggle the mode - it is easy to inadvertantly set it to "static-only" which would explain what you're seeing.

By default, it should show all items. I'm using VAJ 4.0 that may be different though. After selecting a class, click on the Selected Menu. Then click on Attribute Filters . . .
That should get you somewhere.
