My problem is that when i execute preparedStatement using Oracle.jdbc.driver.oracleDriver it does not execute. Rather, statement does execute. In the begining it thought that i would be making some programming mistake but later i wrote a simple code and ran it in a test jsp ! it did not work out !!! I am using oracle's driver packed in classes12.zip found in oracle_homejdbc lib. I searched throught the documents too but could not found a simple of preparedStatement using oralce's jdbc drvier. same code runs throught jdbc odbc bridge ! no error at all !!! but when executes it using jdbc driver it does not ! Now , can any one tell me if i could use preparedStatment using oracle jdbc driver ?   More>>

Do you have any exception or error?
Or your statement doesn't work silently?

Recent Question contains a sample class that contains a prepared statement in it. The dbURL uses the oci driver, but the same example works when using thin flavor as well. If you want to include some sample of your non-functional code perhaps someone can help you determine what is going wrong. The method is implimented and works.
