I need some help as follows


The requirement is to have some icon on the desktop on click of
which,the IE browser should open with specified URL
I can write a dos batch which will open IE with the specifed URL . but the
need is some program which can be send through mail as attachment and when the user clicks on the attachment it should
copy
the icon on the user's desktop .

Please suggest.
