I have extracted data from database using Java-Servlet and displayed the data
in HTML form with a checkbox in front of every users data.
Now i want that user should select the required data
from that displayed data and i want to create a XML file into users computer.

You could use an XSL template. Meaning that on the post/submit of your page you load the XSLT and get an XML as result.
