Hi All.

Functinal Discription:

We are using Applet/Servlet Communications in our project. We have applets with datas to be entered by user, the data entered is composed to form an hashtable and then send to Servlet, The servlet stores this data in the session and returns back a success message to the applet.

The applet then call the next applet , which inturn retrieves this data from the servlet session
and uses this for its validations.

This process is continued and finally the last applet saves the whoel data of the session to a database

Problem Description:

All the above activity is done smoothly without any hindrense. The Problem we have is when more than one user logs in simaltaneously on different machines, the data in the session is messed up.
i.e. The data by one user is visible for others, This should not happen incase of sessions as far as my knowledge goes. We have also checked the cookies enabled option in the browser (it is enabled)

The code written in dopost , doget method of servlet for session is

javax.servlet.http.HttpSession session = request.getSession();
session.putValue("key",hashtable);
session.getValue("key");
