I need to read an archive from a URL and attach file in a e-mail on-fly.

Please read the JavaMail Tutorial available on this site or on Sun's site at http://developer.java.sun.com/developer/onlineTraining/JavaMail/


It _is_ very good and should teach you the basics of attachments and mail sending.
