rmi client applet get "exception"

Hi, Guru
I download sun's "geting started" examples and compiled it. With no problem I started the server. It said:
HelloServer bound in registry.

But when I try to appletviewer 192.168.168.254/.../Hello.html It said
java.security.AccessControlException: access denied (java.net.SocketPermission
27.0.0.1:1035 connect,resolve)
.......

It bored me several days, please help.
