Hello

I am new in this field.And I am using a MAP that contains some basic information to validate data.I want to use this MAP in multi user environment. And I want that this map should be created only once on the start of the application and then every user can validate his/her data from the same MAP.

Please help me how I can create a MAP that will exists through out the life time of an application.

I basically want to use this in Web Applications
