I have read that JDK1.3.1 includes the JNDI classes. However, the classes are not included when I run setup for this version of JDK. Does anyone know why? I'm trying to use JNDI but cannot get past this problem. I have even downloaded the JNDI classes separately and tried to include in the jre directory, but that doesn't work.

Any help is much appreciated!

Check in javax.naming see whether the API that you are looking for is there.

"javax.naming" not "java.naming"

Hope this help!
