The following is the piece of code that I am using to retrieve data from XML file and writing it to a output file.
Tell me where I am erring or tell me if something like this is not supported in javax.xml.parser.

The thing to be mentioned is that this works fine when the data contained in XML is English, but fails when it is in Czech
