XSL:INCLUDE is not taken care of

When xsl:include stmt is used, within another xsl sheet, it is not honoured..any idea what cud be the problem.

even when tampering the name from xsl:include to xsl:inclde no err comes up...only when tampering the xsl (changing it to xl) i get an err....pls reply with suggestions

That is not a true statement. It must be something to do with the parser/processor. With Xerces/xalan i do get an error like this
XSLT: Unknown XSL element: inde

Use . As per the standard, the String in href should meet URL specifications. So you cannot read from file system.
