I use JDBC to connect to Oracle database in JavaBeans, but sometimes the Tomcat give following error "Maximum number of process (150) exceeded " and "connection reset by peer"?

This is just a guess, but do you close all your connections after use? Another cause can be that the Oracle server is really heavily used.
