jni - How do i ensure that my JFrame window is always on Top.

Respected sir/madam,

I developed on application using swings .what is my problem is i am not able to run my JFrame should always appear on top of all other windows,and the other windows should occupy beneath it.Always my JFrame should appear continuously ever other windows opened.it should occupy place above or top.Itshould open notepad etc,IE also should work when JFrame appears.Both my Ticker application should work and i can work with otherwindows.for ex:Taskbar will always stays constantly even other windows opened.

Making Native Windows API calls from within a Java Application has a code sample which does exactly this.
