If I din't know the IP SMTP and POP3
mailserver addresses then how can
I configure my mail server.

Is it possible or I can access these

address of my ISP

You need to know these in order to use JavaMail. While a program can guess, guessing is beyond the scope of the API and left as an exercise for the guesser. You don't need to know the IP. You just need to know the name.
