Are there any differences in the way HttpURLConnection works in these three environments ?.

Our java class which opens a connection to a servlet, gives different results when run on windows NT & Winodws 2000 ( On linux machine it gives the same results as on windows NT)

Will difference in JDK versions have any effect

You don't say what you mean by "gives different results",
so it's impossible to say what you problem might be.
Why don't you try posting a short code example that
shows the problem - the problem is almost certainly with
your code.
