If a mail is to be read through the program, u should read with InputStream is = System.in; or any other method is there to read it, as i want to forward this message to number of members.
Is it necessary to parse the mail line by line.

System.in is standard input and won't allow you to read a mail message. It will allow you to read what a user types. How to get the contents out of a mail message is already covered in the FAQ.

You should go to the jGuru JavaMail tutorial, which explains this in detail; see http://developer.java.sun.com/developer/onlineTraining/JavaMail/contents.html#JavaMailFetching
