Error in msgsend example

Hi Im trying to follow the short course and Im getting a
noClassDefFoundError javax/mail/message when tryingto run the msgsend program.
I have the mail.jar and activation.jar in the jre/lib/ext folder.
The program compiles without error. Any ideas as to the problem?

It sounds like you copied the JAR files to a directory other then the one for the JVM you are using. Check the path for what JAVA.EXE program you are using.
