Do these combinations exist :

- RMI-IIOP with SSL using J2EE
- RMI-IIOP over HTTP using J2EE
- RMI-IIOP over HTTP with SSL using J2EE

(I have looked around on the FAQ but I haven't found anything
interesting.)
If yes, where can I find documentation about those combinations ?
