How do i trigger the mail API to work internally when the users have triggered the serlvet. I'm wanted the serlvet to detect if a certain condition is meet it will send a email.
How do i do that?

Huh? Just send the mail when the appropriate triggering event has happened. Look in the FAQ for how to send mail. The triggering event has nothing to do with how to send the message.
